New Product Support Specialist to support rapid growth of LED stroboscopes
Saddle Brook, NJ Dec 2, 2015 – Unilux, Inc. manufacturer of industrial stroboscopic inspection lighting, announced today the creation of a new position of Product Support Specialist to streamline operations and better serve customers. The position will be filled by Carlos Berthet, an experienced member of the company’s Production team.
The Product Support Specialist will serve as the direct technical support link between field sales and all departments at Unilux. All queries concerning systems, drawings, data, schematics, applications, system operations and quotes, as well as ideas to change, improve or to address problems with products will filter through a single, dedicated resource

Carlos Berthet takes on this position with a range of technical experience at Unilux. Carlos has spent the last couple of years with Production and Final Product Testing. He was instrumental in developing a library of product and technical operation videos for handheld and fixed-mount strobes. He also performed installations and provided technical support for Edge Tech, a system to provide remote inspection of the trimmed edge for steel manufacturers.
