PROCESS CONFIGURATION OPTIONS - FILM
UniPRINT is an ideal solution to inspect and verify film during printing, converting, and finishing processes. Lighting options enable registration when printing on both sides of transparent material while longer rails enable movement across wide web configurations.
Model 130
The 130 is an excellent wide web system surpassing the specifications of many other systems in its price range. With 130 x 100 mm field of view, 18x optical zoom, and dual strobes, images are crystal clear providing exceptional value for money.
Model 130 UV
The 130 UV enables inspection of optical brighteners or UV-visible inks and coatings in security printing applications. Examples include currency, lottery, anti-counterfeit marks for brand authenticity, and cold-seal verification.
Dual Camera
Do you have a web that is printed on both sides, or the back of the packaging material is to be cold-sealed? The Dual Camera options allow you to check the quality of both sides at the same time. A dual camera system is typically installed so that Camera 1 views the front side of the web and Camera 2 views the back side of the web. It works with all models, however both cameras must be the same model. A dual-camera system cannot be used for positioning the front and back to each other. Here the Back Strobe is the better option.
XL Rail
Extra-wide rails allow the UniPRINT camera to scan the full width of the web with ease.
Back Strobe
Optional back strobe illumination is ideal for monitoring front to back registration. This is an extra strobe mounted behind the web and synchronised with the UniPRINT camera. For translucent webs, the back strobe provides illumination through the web allowing print on both the front and back of the web to be viewed simultaneously.
