UNILUX BOARD OF DIRECTORS NAMES MARCEL HAGE AS NEW CHAIRMAN


Saddle Brook, NJ Feb 9, 2016 – Unilux, the world's leading designer and manufacturer of strobe lights for surface inspection in the metals, printing/converting and papermaking industries, today named Marcel Hage as the company’s Chairman of the Board.

"Marcel has had a significant impact on Unilux since he joined the board in 2013, bringing an ideal blend of strategic and industry experience to the team,” said Mike Simonis, Unilux President. “His increased involvement will be an asset to our employees as we work to fully leverage our global distribution network and significant R&D investments to better serve customers. Hage is chairman of XOL Automation, a diversified engineering company serving industrial/manufacturing companies in the Middle East and North Africa. Before joining XOL Automation, Hage was President and COO of Maxcess International, the parent company of Fife, Tidland and MAGPOWR, global leaders in the web handling industry."
